More than a Utility

With the ability to change a projection and match files to the current project coordinates, Global Energy Mapper allows users to export data and format at the same time. Data files can be loaded as layers including Digital Elevation Models (DEM) with a scanned topographical map to create a 3D map view.  Digital aerial images can be draped on the surface together with vector contours to create informative graphics.  Results can be printed or exported to a high-resolution raster image for rapid use in critical decision making.

Global Energy Mapper has built in functionality for distance and area calculations, raster blending, contrast adjustment, elevation querying, line of sight calculations, cut-and-fill volume calculations, as well as advanced capabilities including image rectification, contour generation, surface data and gridding of 3D point data.
