Training for Oil and Gas Companies

Spatial Energy is now offering training courses for oil and gas industry professionals. Our courses have been developed for both experienced GIS, Geologist, Geophysicist, Environmental and Engineering users as well as non-specialists to enable them to better use remote sensing in their projects. Spatial Energy training courses are up-to-date, interactive, training and educational programs offered globally, both on-site and online. There are two themes to Spatial Energy's training for oil and gas companies:

Realizing the potential of remote sensing throughout the exploration and production workflow.
Managing, publishing and discovering raster and other geospatial data, realizing the potential of Spatial on Demand.

The training courses - click this link to view the full catalog - are specifically designed for E&P professionals looking for practical expertise in remote sensing uses for today and tomorrow's E&P challenges. Our trainers are experienced in the industry and are experts in remote sensing, as well as GIS specifically for the Energy business. These courses can be immediately applied to real-world challenges, applications and workflows.

The program has been designed so that no prior knowledge of remote sensing is required. They are delivered without charge to Spatial Energy "Energy Partner Program (EPP") customers, and are available to all other customers for a modest fee.

These classes are delivered two ways:

CLASSROOM: At your facility, to the group of employees you choose. These classes will be taught by our experienced teams, are highly flexible and may be customized to meet your specific training needs.
ONLINE, in 30-45 minute modules. New courses may become available to meet specific customer requirements. If you are interested in a topic that isn't listed, contact the training team.
